Ingredients

    .5 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    .5 cup water
    1 cup frozen peaches
    .5 cup fat free milk ( i used dairy Free )
    1 Tbs heeping dry oatmeal
    Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste about 1/4 of a teaspoon or more depending on how much spice you like.

Directions

Blend all ingedients together and enjoy
