6.5 cups of Chicken Broth
3 cups Water
1.5 cups of Dry Lentils
1 cup of long grain Brown Rice
2 large carrots chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
Season with Salt and Pepper as you like
Directions
Combine broth, water, lentils, rice, onions, carrots and bring to a rapid boil.
Once it boils set the temp at low, let simmer and cover. While it simmers for 40 mins or so, add as much salt and pepper as you like for taste.
