I made this recipe exactly as written. This was very good. I am a huge lentil soup fan. I WILL make it again. Serving size is 1 1/2 cups. I had to recalculated the calories...249 per serving. Calculations were off because it calculates for cooked lentils and rice in the ingredient list.
