Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Peanut Oil
    1 TSP Seasame Oil
    2 Cups Chopped Leeks
    1 Bunch of Celery
    5 Carrots
    1/2 pkg. of fresh spinach
    1 head of cabbage
    3 small zuchinni
    4 pkg beef broth
    2 pkg Tofu
    1/4 C. soy sauce
    1/4 Rooster sauce

Directions

The longer you cook the better. All all ingredients except Tofu. Cook for hours. Add the tofu and cook another hour.
