Ingredients

    4C Swanson Chicken Stock
    4C Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Sauce
    4oz Jarlesburg lite cheese
    1/2C Onion, chopped
    1C 2% Milk
    1/2C Cottage Cheese, Fat Free
    1t Garlic Powder
    1t Black Pepper, ground
    1/4C 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook the Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Sauce according to the package directions. Put the first 7 ingredients in a blender. Blend until it is the desired texture. Pour the contents of the blender into a sauce pan and heat to desired temperature. Add Pepper, if desired. Add Cheddar Cheese Shreds to the sauce pan and stir. Serve.
