    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving cup dry, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Parsley, .5 cup
    Raisins, .25 cup
    Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Cumin, .25 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground 1/8 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne 1/8 tsp
    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 4 4-6oz filets

Directions

make quinoa using the chicken broth according to package instructions. after it is cooked mix in the raisins and parsley and pine nuts. rub the salmon filets with a mixture of all the spices and the salt, cook at 350 for 10-12 min.
