Ingredients

    8 ounces pitted frozen sweet cherries
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
    1 servings Designer Whey
    Sucralose to taste
    1/2 cup water (or enough to make smoothie blendable)
    Ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender.
Use enough ice to make a pleasing consistency.
Blend until all ingredients are mixed. Stop and scrape down sides with a spatula if needed.
