Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    14 chopped turkey pepperoni
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 2%
    4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
2 regular sheets of Lavash bread or one very large sheet
    1/2 cup onions
    1 cup bell peppers
    1/2 cup Ragu Pizza sauce
    1 oz mushrooms

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. If you have a cast iron frying pan, spray it with Olive Pam and preheat it as well. This will insure a crispy crust on the bread. If you prefer a soft crust, do not preheat the pan.

In a hot pan on the stove, brown beef and mushrooms, then add the cheeses, onions, peppers, and Ragu. (Add salt and other condiments to taste. I like to also add McCormick's Hamburger spices) You can also add other veggies you like at this time. Make it however you like your pizza! Heat until warmed--not boiling hot.

Cut the Lavash bread into four even slices. Add ingredients to the end of each Lavash bread and roll up into a wrap. Place the wraps on an oven pan or the heated cast iron pan. Spray tops with Olive Pam. Cook for about 10 minutes and turn over. Cook 4 more minutes or until browned. I like mine with crispy tops, so I cook a bit longer.

Take from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes because these wraps will be extremely hot inside! Enjoy! (I know you will!)

***You can buy Lavash bread at Walmart.
