Ingredients

12 Baby Portabella Mushrooms, fresh
1/2cup Kikoman Panko
1/4cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (Mix of LowFat Mozz, Asiago, Parm and White Cheddar)
1/4cup or 1.5oz Farmland Diced Ham
1/2tsp Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
1tbsp (Split) Olive Oil
2 (minced) Garlic Cloves
2tbsp (diced) Onions, raw
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Foil a baking sheet and spray with Pam. Clean Mushrooms and place cap-side down on the sheet.
2. In a small frying pan, heat 1&1/2tsp of Olive Oil and saute the onions and garlic.
3. In a bowl mix together the Panko, Cheese, Ham and sauted veggies.
4. Mix in the rest of the Olive Oil and Worcestershire Sauce. Spoon mixture equally into the mushroom caps.
5. Bake in oven for 20 mins.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Stuffed Mushroom Caps.
