Introduction

I got this recipe from Lorna Sass - it's great when cauliflower is in season! I cooked mine a little longer to make it more of a side dish. Do less time in the microwave if you want it crunchier. Ingredients

    2 T water
    6 cups small cauliflower florets
    1 small red onion, coarsely chopped
    1 t dried dill
    2 T roasted garlic olive oil
    2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
    Salt or Mrs. Dash to taste

Directions

Put water in a large microwave-friendly bowl. Add cauliflower, sprinkle onion & dill on top. cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High until cauliflower is partially cooked, but still crunchy - about 5 min. Let stand for one min., tip out water. Toss in olive oil, lemon juice, seasonings.
