Ingredients

2 packages frozen chopped spinach (drained)
1 onion diced and sauteed in olive oil
1/2 lb feta cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
3 eggs
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 package phyllo dough
Directions
Defrost and drain spinach. Place in bowl.
Dice and saute 1 onion.
Combine spinach, onion, feta, parmesan and 3 eggs.
Add 1 tbsp Dill if desired.
Using a pastry brush, brush a brownie dish (9 x 9 preferred) with melted butter.
Layer 10 layers of phyllo dough (each sheet will be folded in half, so you use 5 sheets for the bottom), brushing butter over every sheet.
Spread spinach filling evenly.
Layer 10 layers of phyllo dough on top, brushing butter over every sheet.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
