Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cup
    Whole Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
    Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 cups
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 cup
    Orange Marmalade, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Almonds, 1/4 cup, sliced
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Mix together all dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients, mix well. Fill each muffin cup (lined with muffin cups if you like - or spray with cooking spray) with 1/4 cup of mixture. Bake in a 375 degree (preheated oven) for approximately 15-18 mins. ENJOY!
