    heavy 1/4 cup dried cranberries
    heavy 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    2 TBS light mayo
    1.25 + to taste sugar (splenda works well, but not calculated in this version)
    up to 1 tbs cider vinegar or white wine vinegar, to taste
