Introduction

Ingredients

    Spaghetti (I used angel hair)
    Onion
    jalapeno
    ground beef
    ground turkey
    portabella mushrooms
    rotel
    spaghetti sauce

Directions

cook pasta according to package directions

cook onions and jalapeno

add beef and turkey, cook until no longer pink

add mushrooms, rotel and spaghetti sauce, cook until heated through

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
