Ingredients

    *Venison, ground, 64 oz
    *Egg, Large Brown, 3
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3 cup
    *onion, fresh finely chopped, 1.5 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    *Lipton recipe secerts, Savory herb with garlic, 4 serving (1 packet)
    *Kosher Salt, 4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

    For topping:
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
    Tomato Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp
    *Worcestshire Sauce (Lea and Perrins), 1 tsp

Directions

Combine all except topping ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan and form loaf pushing in to form a channel around 2 long side. Cook at 350 for 45 mins.

Spread on topping and bake another 15 mins

Serving Size: I cut into 15 pieces short ways (9in)
