Ingredients

    ground golden flaxseed
    bicolor corn
    water
    chili powder
    garlic cloves

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until thick and well combined. Spread evenly in 1/4 inch layer over dehydrator trays. Use spatula and score to make chips (divide in half both directions, twice, then score diagonally through the squares). Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12 hours until crispy. TO dehydrate faster, flip after 8 hours. (Note: I flipped after 12 hours since I had corn chip chews, and cook a few hours more. Next time, I plan to follow the dehydrator temp to make crispy; it will effect the living enzymes, but chips should be crispy not chewy).
