    red mill almond flour .75 cup
    ground lean meat 6 oz
    fresh thyme
    fresh basil
    marinara sauce .75 cup
    mushrooms .75 cup
    green peppers
    summer squash
    2 brat hans chicken sausages
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp olive oil
    garlic powder
    penzye's 4s salt


Preheat oven to 350

With hands, mix beef, almond flour, olive, thyme, garlic powder, salt and spread on parchment paper

Bake 15-20 minutes

Cook mushrooms and sliced sausage with veggies on stovetop

Cover cooked crust with marinara and then add topppings

Bake for 15 more minutes
