Ingredients

2 cups Brown Rice, long grain, uncooked
4 cups Water
1 cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon,
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
1 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup, Broccoli crowns, broken into small pieces
1 cup Cauliflower, broken into small pieces
8 oz Chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Bring the water, chicken broth, garlic to a full boil. Add brown rice, cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes. Meanwhile chop, slice or otherwise prepare vegetables and chicken. Mix all ingredients together in large, covered oven proof casserole dish. Bake approximately 30 minutes in 375 degree oven until vegetables are tender.
