Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 can Black eyed peas
    1 can Black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 small jar Pimentos--chopped
    1 Can White corn

    Drain all of the above, and rinse beans. Put into lage bowl.

    Add 1 Cup Green pepper chopped.
    1 medium Onion Chopped.
    Set aside.

    Boil the following:
    1 Cup oil
    3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
    1 TBSP water
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1 Cup Sugar
    Bring to boil and our over bean mixture. Refrigerate till cold. Drain liquid prior to serving.


Directions

I guessing that it makes 20 1/2 cup servings....I have never counted it.

Great addition to a salad as a dressing substitute.
