    4 egg whites
    2 whole large eggs
    6 slices honey ham
    3 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)


Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
Line 6 cups with the slices of deli ham - cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
While cooking, beat together eggs & egg whites
Take muffin pan out of oven and add the egg mixture to ham cups
Bake for 10 minutes
Sprinkle cheese on after removing from oven.
