    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 12 oz, slivered
    2 cups Diced raw Celery
    1 Diced, peeled cucumber
    .25 cup red or yellow peppers. thinly sliced and halved
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 8 Tbsp.
    Litehouse Lite Ranch, 8 Tbsp.
    Salt dash
    Black pepper, dash


Sliver Imitation Crab and put into a medium bowl. Dice celery and cucumber and add to Imitation Crab. Slice peppers to bite size and add to the rest of the vegetables and Imitation Crab.
Add all the rest of the ingredients, mix well and refrigerated for at least two hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings
