    Quarker Yellow Corn Meal, 3/4 cup
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 6 Tbsp
    Hain, Featherwight Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Morton Salt Substitute, 3/4 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Egg, White Only, 1 egg, 2 serving

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients.

Fill 12 muffin pan.

Bake 20 minutes.
