Ingredients

    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 medium egg
    1 cup reduced fat milk
    3 TBSP unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp stevia
    dash of salt

Directions

Mix flours, baking powder, stevia and salt together in a medium bowl, cut in butter. Add milk and egg and beat ingredients together.

Heat a skillet on high to medium heat. Drop batter onto hot surface and cook until bubbles form in the middle of pancake. Flip and cook on other side. Might need an extra flip for each side, but the cooking is up to you if you like darker pancakes or lighter pancakes.
