    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1T Jif Peanut Butter, Creamy
    .5 c Kashi GoLean Cereal
    .5 banana (sliced)

Directions

Place tortilla on plate
Spread peanut butter
Add cereal
Add sliced banana

Roll and serve (you may want to tuck in the ends after first roll)
