    self-raising flour 250gm
    Baking powder 2 teapoons
    Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt 1/4 teaspoon
    Riped Banana 3 (mashed)
    Milk/water 4 tablespoons (optional)
    crunchy peanut butter 2 tablespoons
    chopped walnut (optional)

Directions

mixed all ingredients and bake in over at 180C for 55 minutes
