Introduction

Simple low fat smoothie packed with blueberries and bananas. Simple low fat smoothie packed with blueberries and bananas.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Skim Milk (or soy, almond or rice milk)
    1 Ripe Banana (or 1 cup frozen)
    1/2 Cup Fresh/Frozen Blueberries
    6 oz. of favorite nonfat yogurt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until smooth consistency.
2. Pour half into a cup and put the remainder in the fridge for later.
3. (Optional) You can also pour into a container and place in freezer for a frozen treat.
