Ingredients

    12 oz pork tenderloin (3oz per serving)
    1/2 cup pure maple syrup
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1-1/2 tsp curry powder
    1-1/2 tsp coriander
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except pork, together in a freezer bag.
Add the pork and refrigerate for 3 hours or more.
Cook pork with marinade in a casserole dish, usually 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Awesome! yummy - Had 2.5lbs tenderloin - so basically tripled marinate ingredients & put everything in crockpot. Tasted wonderful! - 4/23/08
