    1/3 C Nonfat Milk
    3 Egg whites
    1/3 C Pumpkin, canned
    3 Scoops/Servings Unflavored Whey Protein

Serving Size: 4 Waffles

Put oats in blender and blend until powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
