Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
    1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
    1 whole vidalia onion, shedded
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1/2 cup of Light Miracle Whip
    1/2 cup of Light Sour Cream
    1/3 to 1/2 cup of loosely chopped cilantro
    juice of 2 limes
    cayenne and black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all shredded raw vegetables in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, Sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and spices (red and black pepper to taste). Whisk to combine. Pour over the raw slaw and toss to combine.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 servings, aka a huge bowl
