Ingredients

Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz., 2 serving (remove)
2 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (baked or boiled)
1/2 cup Onions, raw, chopped
3/4 cups Celery, raw, diced
1 cup Scallions, raw, chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper - Red, diced
1/2Bell Pepper - Green, diced
2 tbsp Light Mayonaise
3 tbsp miracle whip regular
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
4 TBSP Vlasic Sweet Relish
3 Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
1. shred and chop boiled or baked boneless skinless chicken breasts, and place in large mixing bowl.
2. add chopped oninions and scallions, and diced peppers and celery
3. add chopped boiled eggs, and mix in mayo, miracle whip, mustard and relish.
4. add seasonings to taste.
Serving Size: makes enough for six servings
