My low-carb version of Pizza Quiche My low-carb version of Pizza Quiche
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 12 large
    Cream Cheese, 4 oz, softened
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/3 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp, to taste
    Turkey Bacon, 6 slices, cooked and chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Peppers, green, red, yellow, chopped, 1/2 cup
    3 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
    No-Sugar Added Tomato Sauce, 1 cup, spiced to taste
    Mozarella Cheese, 2 cups
    Pepperoni, 13 slices

Directions

Combine everything but sauce, mozarella and pepperoni. Pour into greased oven safe frying pan with high sides, large pie place or similar circular pan. Cook at 375 for 40 minutes or until center of eggs are firm. Remove from oven, turn oven broiler on HIGH. Spread sauce on top of pizza quiche, add mozarella and spread pepperoni. Return to oven under broiler and cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and pepperoni are curling. DELISH!
