Ingredients

    Saute chopped onions, garlic and ginger in a tablespoon of ghee, until golden.
    Add 2 cans of kidney beans, chopped hot peppers (to taste), a can of tomato sauce and a chunk of tomato paste.
    Sprinkle generous amounts of curry, garam masala and tumeric powder, as well as black pepper.
    Simmer until hungry.
