8 oz Chicken Breast Meat, broiled, diced
8 oz Canned or Jarred Artichoke Hearts
1 C Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C White Onions, diced
3/4 C Ragu Carb Options Alfredo Sauce
1 10 oz Package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
2 Whole Wheat Pita Pockets (approx 6"), sliced in have length-wise to create 4 pizza bases.
1/2 C Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
4 Tbls Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tbls Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Combine Alfredo sauce, chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach, onions, mushrooms, pepper, and Italian seasonings in a medium bowl.
Split pita pockets in half between th layers (so that you have 4 pizza bases). Spread mixture evenly across the pitas. Sprinkle evenly with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and then cook under broiler (or in toaster oven) until cheese melts.
