Ingredients

    6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Cheese
    2 Teaspoons Chili powder

Directions

1) Mix cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides

2) Place chicken in a shallow dish

3) Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

yield: 6 servings

Serve with Green Giant Pasta, Broccoli and carrots in cheese sauce or any vegetables you select.

    Very quick and easy, and a chance from the norm of "shake n bake". Used the cheese sauce from the vegis to dip, as the chicken seemed like it needed something, however the leftovers were great in salad the next day!! - 2/13/08

    I made this tonight and it was fantastic and juicy! I did change it a bit though...sorry :( I use fat free cheese and salt free cajun seasoning instead - 1/15/08
