Introduction

A delicious summer fruit salad. A delicious summer fruit salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large Green Apples, peeled and diced.
    2 large Pears, diced
    2 large Bananas, sliced
    2 cups of Strawberries diced
    1 cup (2 individual cups) of Dole Mandarin Oranges (drain liquid)
    3 Tbs of Lemon Juice

Directions

Wash then cut all fruit.
Mix fruit together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice ( to keep the fruit from browning).

Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 1 cup per serving.
