Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 170 grams (about 6 oz or 3/4 cup)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, .25 tbsp
    Turmeric, ground, .25 tbsp (optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients into food processor and stir for 1 min. Turn off, scrape down sides with spatula, and run for another 2-3 minutes or until completely blended. Season with salt + pepper to taste. Can be kept in refrigerator, tightly covered, for several days.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1-tbs servings, or about 1 cup
