Ingredients

Butternut Bake
* 16 oz baked & mashed Butternut Squash
* 0.75 stick Butter
* 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
* 2 well beaten eggs
* 2 TBS Corn Starch
* 1 cup 2% Milk
* 1 tbsp ground Cinnamon
Topping
* 1 Cup Corn Flakes Cereal
* 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
* 3/4 cup Butter
* 1 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
To bake Butternut squash, cut in half length wise, clean seeds out and wash squash, lay flat on a sheet pan with 1/4" edges, add some water to the pan and bake on 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until fork tender. remove from oven and scoop out squash into a mixed, mix till all is mashed.
Or buy already baked and mashed in cans
Dissolve corn starch with a little bit of milk
mix all bake ingredients with the starch mix and spread in a 9X13 pan.
Bake on 400 for 20-25 minutes
while baking, mix all topping ingredients in a sauce pan
heat on low on stove top till all ingredients are mixed and butter is melted and thoroughly
Spread over butternut bake after it is done baking
then bake more for 20-25 minutes.
