Ingredients
-
1/2 cup each of frozen unsweetened strawberries and blueberries
1 cup of Dole frozen mixed fruit
1 medium banana
2 tbs plain skim yogurt
dash of water (just to get the blender going)
To taste - sweetener (not included on the nutritional breakdown)
Directions
Add yogurt, banana and frozen fruit in that order. Blend - if it needs more liquid, add just enough water to get things moving. Dispense into 6 disposable cups 1/2 cup of the fruit mix. Add a fork in the cup and put in the freezer. When frozen, take out, push on the bottom of the cup until the "pop" comes out and enjoy! (and cooking time is just a suggested freezing time - it may take longer or shorter)
