Ingredients

1 packet shrimp ramen noodle flavoring (no noodles!)
    2 peices Kombu/kelp
1 egg (scrambled and cooked in the microwave)
    2 roma tomatos
    2 small carrots sliced thin
1 bunch of green onions (about 5 onions)
1 big dash rice wine vinegar (about 1 tbsp)
    1 small dash soy sauce(about 1 tsp)
1 squirt sriracha (about 1 tsp more if you like it spicy)
1 tsp sesame oil optional(-30 cals if you don't use it)
    4-5 cups of water

Directions

Put shrimp broth mix and kombu in a pot and bring to boil.
Take the kombu out when it unfurls the set aside to cool. Chop tomatos, carrots, and green onions add them to the broth.Slice the kombu and the egg into noodles(if you're feeling brave you can try to cook the eggs in the broth like egg-drop soup I'm not that brave yet) then add to broth. Then add the vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook until carrots are soft. Add the sesame oil as a garnish just before serving.
Enjoy!
