Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1/2 tbsp butter
    2 slices whole-grain white bread

Directions

Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg in butter until white hardens at the edges, pricking the yolk several times with fork.

Flip the egg and cook until firm. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on bread.
