Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive Oil-1 Tbs
    Onion-1C chopped
    Garlic-4 Cloves Chopped
    Lean Turkey-1pound
    Salt-1tsp
    Chili Powder-1tsp
    Chicken Broth-1 Cup
    Green Chili-2 Cans
    Jalapeno-1 Chopped
    Yellow Bell Pepper-Chopped
    Celery 1-Cup chopped
    Salsa-2C
    Kidney Beans-1regular Can
    Black Beans-1 regular Can

Directions

Over medium high stove heat Olive oil in a large skillet. Toss in Onion and garlic, cook until translucent. Add Ground turkey cook until pink is completely gone. Stir in salt and chili powder, mix well. Add chicken broth, green chili, jalapeno, bell pepper, celery and salsa, simmer for 15 minutes. Add the beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
