Ingredients

1 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Instant Brown Rice
1 Cup 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth (you can also use Bouillon)
1 Tbsp Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Less Sodium Soy Sauce
4 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Mrs Dash Original
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Onion - Chopped
Directions
Grill or back chicken until cooked throughly
While chicken is cooking, prepare rice in microwave or stove top ... following directions on package. And combine vinaigrette, soy sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings .. set aside.
When chicken is done, cut into small bite size pieces.
Heat an electric skillet to 250 degrees. Place onions on skillet to begin sweating them. Then place rice on top of onions and stir in about 1/3 of sauce combination. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken and stir in another 1/3 of sauce combination. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the last 1/3 of sauce combination and cook ..... yes for another 5 minutes. Then your ready to eat! Enjoy!
