Ingredients

    8 c Quick Quaker Oats
    1/4 c Sesame seeds
    1 1/2 c chopped almonds
    1 c wheat germ
    7 oz angel flake coconut
    1/2 c brown sugar (packed
    1 t salt
    Mix dry ingredients together add:
    1/2 c olive oil
    1/2 c water
    1 T vanilla

Directions

Bake at 300 in a large flat pan, stirring every 20-30 min. Watch carefully toward end of cooking time as it can get too toasty.

When cooled you may add raisins, cinnamon, or chopped dates. Store in a cool area in air tight container.
