Ingredients

    1 scoop Whey Factory - Whey Protein Isolate
    1 banana, peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, frozen
    1 tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 pkg Benefiber (single)
    6 oz cold water

Directions

Add all ingredients into the Magic Bullet tall-cup and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).

Serving Size: Makes 1 - 10 oz serving
