Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped fine
    4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/2 c Oat Meal 1 minute
    2 cloves crushed Garlic
    1/4 c Seasoned Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    2 eggs

    FOR GRAVY:
    2 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1 can evaporated milk

Directions

Mix thoroughly all ingredients for meatballs. Form into 2 inch balls and bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until baked through.
For Gravy: In large saucepan, melt butter. Add flour. Mix in evaporated milk and beef consomme. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat until desired thickness. Serve over meatballs.

Serving Size: Yield depends on size. I typically make 2" meat balls.
