Ingredients

    80 grams cream cheese (mascarpone)
    100 grams heavy whipping cream
    16 grams dry cocoa powder
    1 tbsp sugarfree vanilla syrup or an adequate amount of your favorite vanilla flavoring
    0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
    additional sweetener to taste

Directions

IMPORTANT: Use a good quality cocoa powder, like Droste.

Combine cream cheese, cream, cocoa, vanilla syrup (or your own vanilla flavor) and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix at slow speed with an electric mixer. Gradually increase mixer speed until all ingredients are well mixed and form a thick mousse. Add, according to taste, vanilla flavor and/ or sweetener during mixing.

Serve with fresh berries or other fruits. Fruits not included in count.
