    1 - Large Cucumber peeled and diced
    1 - Medium Onion finely chopped
    4 - Hard boiled eggs chopped
    1 - cup slivered almonds
    10 - tbsp low fat honey mustard dressing
    Pita

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Makes 10 Pitas (1/2)
