Ingredients

    Salt (0.4 tbspn9
    Cinnamon (2 tbspn)
    Baking Powder (2 tbspn)
    Baking Flour (I used white flour) (0.75 cup)
    Soy milk, light (0.75 cup)
    Egg whites (2)

Directions

Beat all the ingredients in a bowl till it seems like a smooth mix
Put few drops of olive oil on a pan (or use one that doesn't need it)
Add a full spoon of the mix and spread it into the pan making circles till it seems like a pancake
Repeat until the mix is over

Serving Size: Makes 20 small pieces
