Ingredients

*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 3 serving (remove)
Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven 400
Chop onions and in a pan water saute until translucent. Even boiling in a little water works. Unless you like crunchy onion texture, then skip this step. I have kids and they feel an onion they won't eat it.
In a mixing bowl add thawed lean ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups oatmeal. Add garlic. Work in as much water as you can at least a cup or so. Add cooked onions. Work them into mixture thoroughly.
Spray muffin pan. Evenly distribute meat mixture into muffin pan. Should have about 12 meat muffins.
Cook for 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings - 2 muffins
