Ingredients

    1 15-oz can cut green beans
    1 15-oz can yellow wax beans
    1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
    1 15-oz. can dark red kidney beans
    1 15-oz. can cut green beans
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used a combination of olive and canola)
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Place canned beans in a colander to rinse and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over bean mix. Chill and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
